Do I have to do a session every week?

We recommend that initially you undertake the sessions in a four weekly cycle for maximum effectiveness. However you will receive full access to all four sessions as soon as you sign up and you may, at your discretion adjust the program to suit your needs.

Can I do the sessions faster / slower?

One week per session is ideal. However if you forget a session, or want to repeat say, session 2 before moving on to session 3, then you may do so. You are never in any danger of “ruining” the therapy by changing the order of the sessions, repeating them or speeding up / slowing down the frequency of use.

Many clients report that they find that instead of waiting a week, taking sessions every 2-3 days has been most effective for them.

You should avoid however, doing more than one session per day.
It’s not dangerous; it’s simply not as effective to use the therapy this way.

Can I repeat sessions?

Yes. As many times as you want, whenever you want.
