Session 3: Gives You Motivation for becoming more active

It sounds obvious, but if you expend more energy through leading a more active lifestyle then you will burn more calories which will assist you in losing weight - becoming more healthy as well as toning and shaping your body.

FreshStart™ at no time recommends a particular form or style of exercise…you already know what you need to do to become more active, and what level or style of exercise is appropriate for you.

You naturally understand what it means to exercise safely, appropriately and within your limits whatever your current condition may be. Becoming “more active” means different things to different people. For some it might mean “going for a walk on the weekend” for others it could be “regularly attending a gym or exercise class”.

This session makes the concept of increase my activity level a part of your everyday life. It will help change your attitude to exercise so that you subconsciously choose more active pursuits more frequently… and actually enjoy them!
